Shawna Peacock has been awarded the Be Excellent Hero Award of 2022. She is currently the Branch Administrator for our Galesburg and Davenport locations. Shawna is widely known for putting patient needs as a number one priority, handling any complaints or questions with grace and poise. Patient care is not the only thing Shawna exceeds in. She also promotes and supports her staff to care for patients the way she does, leading by example. She ensures each and every employees success. We are honored to award Shawna with the Be Hero award due to her leadership, willingness to go above and beyond, patient care, and employee satisfaction.
